Photo Proof is a party game made by S&S Media Ent. LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Photo Proof accesses, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.

• The short version: Photo Proof does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your photos stay on your phone. We do not have a server, an account system, or any way to see your data.

1. What Photo Proof Accesses

Your Photo Library

Photo Proof is a game built around the photos already on your phone. When you tap to select a photo during a round, the app asks iOS to show you a photo picker. You choose a photo, and the app displays it on your device for other players to see.

The app uses Apple's standard PHPickerViewController, which is the privacy-protective photo picker that Apple recommends. This means:

• The app only sees the photos you specifically select, one at a time, during gameplay
• The app does not browse, scan, or index your photo library in the background
• The app does not have permission to read photos you do not explicitly choose
• The selected photo is shown on your device only and is not uploaded, copied, or stored anywhere outside of normal iOS memory during the game
• When you close the app, the photo is no longer accessible to Photo Proof

We never see your photos. Your photos never leave your phone.

Game Settings and Local Preferences

Photo Proof saves certain settings on your device so the app remembers your choices between sessions. This includes things like player names you have entered, timer length preferences, the rounds-per-game setting, and which expansion editions you have purchased.

This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage frameworks. It never leaves your device and we have no way to access it.
